Delete account

Request deletion of your account without opening the app.

How it works

  1. Enter the email linked to your game account.
  2. Receive a 6-digit code at that email address.
  3. Confirm the deletion by typing the code below.

The account is deactivated for 30 days. During this period you can reactivate it by signing in to the app with the same email. After that, it is permanently erased. If you never linked an email to your account, delete it in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or write to [email protected].
