Delete account

How it works

1. Enter the email linked to your game account.
2. Receive a 6-digit code at that email address.
3. Confirm the deletion by typing the code below.

The account is deactivated for 30 days. During this period you can reactivate it by signing in to the app with the same email. After that, deletion is final: the email is erased and the account can no longer be reactivated. The nickname and game history are kept, without an email and without being shown to other players (see the Privacy Policy). Your bases on the map become wild slots right away; accounts of rank 3 or higher have their bases held for 7 days, and reactivating within that window brings them back. If you never linked an email to your account, delete it in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or write to [email protected].
