1. Service and operator
CMD Hacker is a strategy and entertainment game set in a fictional universe. Operator: [INSERT LEGAL NAME AND ADDRESS]. Support and appeals contact: [INSERT PUBLIC EMAIL]. These terms govern use of the website and game once made available and validly accepted where necessary. The Privacy Policy separately explains personal data processing.
2. Simulation: no authorization for real-world actions
Target IPs and addresses, scans, attacks (ATK), exploits, DDoS, botnets, viruses, servers, devices, maps and operations presented as gameplay mechanics are fictional representations executed within the game’s logical environment. They are not tools for intrusion, scanning or attacks against real systems. The website’s boot sequence and system file downloads are animations: they do not install an operating system. The service uses real connections for authentication and communication with its own infrastructure, like any online game.
3. No authorization or encouragement to hack
The theme is not authorization, operational training or encouragement to commit cybercrime. Do not use the game, its names, content or community to compromise systems, promote real attacks, distribute malware, obtain credentials, stalk people or violate rights. A numerical sequence matching a real IP does not imply affiliation, ownership, vulnerability or authorization to access it. Characters, organizations and targets in the simulated universe do not represent real victims or entities; player profiles may belong to real people.
4. Virtual balances and items
Credits, balances, rewards, hardware and other internal resources are gameplay units with no redeemable monetary value. They are not money, deposits, cryptocurrency, investments, securities or promises of returns. There is no right to withdraw, convert them into real currency or receive compensation for playing. Their use is limited to service rules; no ownership of real infrastructure is acquired. Any future purchases will have their own prices and conditions and comply with legal rights and store rules, without turning game balances into financial assets.
5. Account and eligibility
Provide accurate information when requested, protect your access and do not impersonate others. Follow the age rating and obtain guardian authorization where legally required. Report suspected account compromise to support. Users are responsible for their own conduct as provided by law; these terms do not automatically shift responsibility for service security failures to players.
6. Community and fair play
Harassment, threats, discrimination, unauthorized disclosure of personal data, unlawful content, scams, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage and unauthorized automation to manipulate the game are prohibited. Do not sell accounts or resources outside officially permitted mechanisms. Clans and messages must follow the same rules. Report security vulnerabilities responsibly without exploiting other people’s data.
7. Content and intellectual property
The game’s brand, code, interfaces and materials belong to their respective rights holders. You receive a personal, limited license, revocable in accordance with these terms and law, to use the service, without unauthorized commercial exploitation rights. You retain any rights you hold in your content and grant only the license needed to host, display and moderate it within the features where you publish it. Restrictions do not override uses expressly permitted by law.
8. Moderation and suspension
We may investigate violations and take proportionate measures, including content removal, correction of unfair advantages, temporary restrictions or account termination, based on severity, evidence and repeated conduct. Urgent action may be necessary to protect the service and users. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reasons and allow appeals through support. Measures do not override mandatory rights, including purchase-related rights.
9. Availability and changes
The service may undergo maintenance, interruptions, fixes and balance adjustments. Features, progress and the fictional economy may change; test versions may have resets announced in advance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or specific competitive outcomes. Material changes and any shutdown will be communicated appropriately, respecting contractual and legal obligations and rights relating to paid content, if any.
10. Liability and preserved rights
The fictional setting limits the meaning of gameplay mechanics; it does not eliminate the operator’s legal responsibility. We do not guarantee real-world gains or results outside the service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independent third-party acts or unauthorized external uses that cannot legally be attributed to us. No clause excludes non-excludable liability, consumer rights, data protection rights, legally owed remedies or access to courts. These terms do not provide blanket immunity.
11. Termination, law and language versions
You may stop using the service and request account deletion under the Privacy Policy. Obligations that by their nature survive termination remain within legal limits. Laws and mandatory rules applicable to the relationship apply, including Brazilian law where relevant, without excluding mandatory protections in the consumer’s country or legally competent courts. The Portuguese and English versions are intended to have the same meaning; discrepancies will be interpreted under applicable law and rights. Material updates must be communicated and, where necessary, submitted for renewed acceptance.
